Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order date. There is no re-stocking fee. All returned items must be clean and unused. Items with any unusual odor or if pet hair is present, can not be returned. Please call or e-mail before returning any item for details for return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges if the item is being exchanged due to ordering the wrong size, color, or if it is an item you do not like. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Please contact us if you have received a defective item, return shipping will not be charged.

We guarantee all of our products up to 60 days for workmanship/material defects.
